I have to admit, I was quite jealous when I heard that two of my Moorisianer-Gspännli were invited to Warsaw by the Polish label NAP. On this short trip they had the opportunity to get to know the furniture manufacturer and the creative minds who work in it, to take a look behind the scenes and of course to discover new designs and textures.

After their successful short trip to the Polish capital, they returned to their home office and couldn’t get out of their raptures.

On the one hand there were the many impressions of this unique historical city, the inspiring and innovative encounters in the furniture universe of NAP. On the other hand, there was also this elegantly modernist hotel, where my dear colleagues were allowed to reside for the few days.

NAP – Polish design at its best
An infectious enthusiasm was the visit of NAP in the air. Her passion for design and craftsmanship can also be felt in her office, which is located in a renovated old villa in the district of Żoliborz . And also in her showroom, which is part of the hip design house Mysia 3, you get a good insight into her design affinity. In addition to the NAP-own furniture, other design classics are also shown in the shop.

Unbelievably inspiring how they are driving their label forward as a whole – from large hotel plans to sofa designs to self-developed leather accessories made from production remnants. – – K

Boutique Hotel H15 Warsaw
One of the happy houses with NAP furniture is the luxurious five-star boutique hotel H15 in Warsaw. The 47 carefully designed and decorated apartments are located in a 19th century building where the past meets the present.

The Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of a lively Warsaw quarter with many bars, cozy cafés, small design shops and fashion boutiques, not far from the historic centre. Behind the historic facade of the hotel lies a noble but cosy ambience with modern elements in high and spacious rooms. Velvet, marble and brass are frequently encountered and a pillow menu surprises you in the room.

The breakfast was served in a light-flooded marble hall, which almost distracted from the varied and fine food.

If, like me, you would also like to travel to Warsaw, then I have a little treat for you here.
